Alto Professional TX312

Introducing the Alto TX312, a 700-watt powered speaker that is perfect for a variety of live sound situations. The TX3 Series, created by Alto Professional, is a family of powered loudspeakers suitable for your most demanding gigs, night after night. The new TX3 Series uses much of the technology of the acclaimed TS3 series and delivers the power and clarity you need to sound your best.

The TX312 has a bi-amplified 2-way design. The design includes a long-excursion woofer and a 1-inch titanium compression driver in a precision horn. The horn design of the TX3 Series enhances high-frequency performance and creates a precise 90˚H X 60˚V radiation pattern, which is perfect for optimal audience coverage.

The TX312 is lightweight and built with sturdy cabinets, making them easily transportable. The trapezoidal shape of the speakers allows them to be positioned upright or as wedge monitors. They come with a full-sized steel grille that offers complete driver protection. The design of the TX312 means you can use the speakers heavily and continuously. With various inputs/outputs and mounting options available, it's clear that the TX312 speakers play an essential role in your performance.

More about the TX3 Series

Firstly, the TX3 series isn't Alto's flagship line of PA speakers. They intend for the TX3 series to sit nicely in the budget-friendly gap in the market. The TX3 Series PA speakers are great if you require lightweight and portable PA speakers without compromising the things we tend to like in a decent PA speaker. For example, the TX308, TX310, TX312 and TX315 incorporate features such as:

• Contour switch for a +3dB low shelf and high shelf boost
• Ground-lift switch that will remove unwanted hum or buzz

Will the TrueSonic TS4 Series covers fit the TrueSonic TX3 Series?

Since the speakers have different geometries from the the TS4 covers will not fit TX3.

Is there an app for the TX312?

No. The Alto Pro app is only compatible with the Alto TS4 Series.

How powerful is the TX3 Series?

The TX308 and the TX310 deliver 350 Watts peak (175 Watts continuous / RMS Class D power) while the TX315 and TX315 produce up to 700 Watts peak (350 Watts continuous / RMS Class D Power)
