Mainland UK Delivery

Delivery is FREE of charge on most orders over £60.00 to UK mainland destinations. There is a charge for some items that DHL class as ‘out of gauge’ or ‘long length’ which will be the amount charged extra by DHL for these products. Products on the website will have this charge clearly displayed before you place the order if this applies.

All orders up to £30 are subject to a £4 delivery charge and all orders between £30 and £60 have a delivery charge of £6.

Click & Collect

All orders also have the option to ‘Click & Collect’ from our showroom and warehouse which is located just off Junction 26 of the M1 on Giltbrook Trade & Industrial Estate and save all the above charges. Simply select this option when you checkout.

Fast Delivery

Orders placed before 9.30am will be processed the same day for delivery the next working day, subject to payment clearing. e.g., An order placed by 9.30am on Wednesday will be processed on Wednesday for delivery to you on Thursday (most mainland UK destinations). An order placed on Friday before 9.30am will be processed on Friday for delivery on Monday. All orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

*Please note that some smaller or lower value items will be sent by Yodel: This is not a next day service and deliveries tend to take 2-3 working days.

We will notify you immediately if there is any reason why we are not able to send your order out on time.

Time Tracking a Delivery

Most of our courier deliveries are sent by DHL who offer a 1-hour delivery window for mainland UK deliveries, so you don't have to wait in all day for your goods. This delivery window will be sent to your mobile, so if you'd like this service, please ensure that you include your preferred mobile number on your order. Your mobile number will only be used to contact you with the delivery window, or if we need to contact you with any issues regarding your delivery. The Tracking details will also be sent to the email address you provided at the time of order, so please ensure you have access to that email to see your delivery details online.

Delivery to a Work Address

If it is the first time you have ordered with us, we normally ask to deliver to the billing address unless you pay by PayPal and specify the correct delivery address on the PayPal payment, however If you are an existing customer and pay by credit/debit card we can now deliver to the registered card address or to your work address. Please note if you want delivery to your work address, we may need to contact you for additional security details, so please ensure you include the company name for ease of delivery and a mobile and landline phone number where we can contact you quickly. Please note, if you wish to pay by PayPal, we can only deliver to the confirmed address. If in doubt, please call us on 01159 383892.

Delivery to Non-Mainland Address

Delivering to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands MAY incur an addition cost depending upon the size and weight of the parcel. If you place an order for a delivery to any of these locations, we may contact you and request an additional payment to cover the extra cost.
