The EVOX J8 offers an effortless setup, allowing you to quickly connect everything ready to play. The cabinet features a handle that allows for easy transportation. The adjustable pole slides easily into the woofer and the column slides straight onto the pole to get you set up in minutes. Thanks to the rugged design, the PA system is durable. The internal structure reinforcements prevent any damage to the cabinet, while the special composite material is designed to dampen any unwanted vibrations. The subwoofer features a steel pole socket for the array, offering stability and safety. The portable design makes this PA system ideal for mobile DJs, parties, buskers, conferences, and more.
Superb Sound Quality
The EVOX J8 offers superb sound quality with tight, deep lows, and crystal clear highs even at high volume. The ultra-compact full-range RFC drivers are capable of handling high SPL and power. The high excursion RCF woofer provides a deep punch to shake a dancefloor, and the bass-reflex port design avoids air turbulence reducing any distortion. Thanks to the 1400W on-board amps, the EVOX J8 packs a powerful punch and huge sound, whilst also offering high efficieny. The EVOX amplifiers deliver ultra-fast attack, realistic transient response, and superb audio performance. The amp also features a solid aluminium structure that stabilizes the amp inside and also helps the fan-less heat dissipation.
FiRPHASE Filtering Technology
The EVOX J8 PA system is designed using FiRPHASE, which is an advanced FIR filtering technology. It has been designed to deliver transparent sound, clarity, and perfect stereo images to the listener to provide the best sound possible. It works by optimising dynamics, amplitude and phase patterns, taking accurate measurements of the loudspeaker phase. The FiRPHASE algorithm then uses the measurements and adapts the loudspeaker's phase without touching the amplitude equalisation.
Design
Featuring a switchable EQ mode, the PA system makes it easy to select between 2 different frequency presets. These are Boost and Flat. Boost emphasizes the bass response for playback music and low volume applications. Flat is for when the speaker is used to amplify a live mix. The amp features a built-in limiter that helps prevent clipping and overdriving the transducers. The EVOX J8 PA system features XLR in/out connections and a jack input for versatile connectivity. There is also a mic/line switch that helps when adjusting the input sensitivity. Mic is best used for speech when you are directly using a microphone, whereas line is to be used for live music or playback.
