The Electro-Voice ND66 Condenser Cardioid Instrument Microphone is equipped with a premium self-biased small-diaphragm condenser element. Delivering that signature detail and crisp nature of a condenser mic, the ND66 vividly responds to the complex dynamic nature of a wide variety of instrumentation, particularly stringed instruments and percussion.

The ND66 is as versatile as it is robust, featuring selectable -10dB and -20dB pads to prevent the microphone element from overloading at high SPLs, as well as selectable high-pass filters with cutoffs at 75Hz and 150Hz to eliminate unwanted low-frequencies.

Another unique feature of the ND66 is the locking rotatable head - simply push and hold in the lock button, rotate the head to the desired position, and release the button the lock again. This innovative design ensures quick and easy mic placement in any situation.

With a rugged die-cast zinc body, the ND66 is designed to deliver exceptional sound quality with every single performance thanks to its reliable and versatile architecture.
